Part 5/12:
Military movements in the Caribbean have become increasingly visible. Footage released by US Southern Command shows Marine fighter jets, including AV8B Harriers and F-35B stealth fighters, conducting live-fire drills over the Caribbean Sea. These exercises involved deploying bombs from ships such as the USS Ewima, which has been sighted near the US Virgin Islands. US naval vessels are patrolling close to Venezuela, with at least four strikes on maritime targets suspected of carrying narcotics, resulting in over 20 fatalities. The strikes have been conducted in international waters, allowing the US to operate with a degree of legal latitude, raising concerns that Venezuela itself could become a target.
