A Ukrainian youth, believing he was involved in an insurance scam, set fire to railway equipment, only to be beaten into confessing to working for Ukraine's enemies. Some children end up in psychiatric institutions; others are victims of remote detonation devices or are even targeted for assassination by their handlers.
