Part 14/16:
The Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has frozen assets associated with Hector Guerrero Flores, aka "Warrior Boy," the gang's alleged leader. Guerrero is noted for his ability to evade law enforcement, having twice escaped Venezuelan custody, and for his extensive influence, commanding a network of over 1,000 members across South America and within the U.S., particularly in at least 16 states. His operations include trafficking synthetic drugs such as pink cocaine, and controlling clandestine border crossings and shipping routes along Venezuela's coast.
