Part 5/15:
Renewed violence has erupted in the Red Sea, with Houthi militants striking again at commercial vessels. Over the past week, two Greek-owned ships—the Magic Seas and Eternity Sea—were targeted in close succession, both near the port city of Hoda, under Houthi control in Yemen.
The Magic Seas was hit with drones, gunfire, and rocket-propelled grenades, resulting in its sinking after the crew was rescued. The subsequent attack on the Eternity Sea involved small arms, drones, and grenades, with the crew abandoning ship after sustaining damage. Six sailors were rescued; however, 15 remain missing, and four are confirmed dead. The crew included mostly Filipino sailors, alongside a Russian and armed guards.
