An Increasing Number of Students in the Lowest Band
Notably, around 6,000 more students have fallen into the lowest performance category compared to 2023. This rise suggests that more children are facing difficulties that could be linked to various factors such as socio-economic disparities, learning disabilities, or gaps in early childhood education.
