Israel has mounted a targeted campaign against Iran’s missile launch platforms, with around 40% of Iran’s ballistic missile launchers destroyed since the start of Operation Rising Lion on Friday. Many of Iran’s mobile launchers have been intercepted or taken out, forcing Iranian forces to retreat from western Iran to more secure interior regions such as Isfahan. While this repositioning might delay some launches, it also pushes missile ranges to their outer limits, prompting longer and more complex Israeli sorties.
