Particularly concerning are broad concerns over identity documents, visa overstays, citizenship-for-investment schemes, and inadequate cooperation on deportations. Countries including Nigeria, Ethiopia, Somalia, Syria, and some Caribbean nations like St. Kitts and Nevis are explicitly under review.
