On June 9th, the PDB afternoon bulletin highlighted the recent surge of unrest in Los Angeles, California, marking the third consecutive day of intense protests. The protesters, numbering at least 2,000, demonstrated against Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations, effectively shutting down key freeway lanes and disrupting traffic in downtown LA. While the chaos appeared organic on the surface, eyes were turned to the underlying financial and organizational strings pulling the strings behind these scenes.
