A photo published by the New York Post depicted the individual walking through an empty plaza, dressed in a blazer and sunglasses, with a visible firearm slung over his shoulder. This image, believed to have been taken just prior to his entry into the targeted building, underscores the strategic and premeditated nature of the attack.
It was confirmed later that the suspect had shot himself after inflicting harm on multiple victims. Authorities have reported that he fired at least six rounds during the attack, with two police officers shot in the process. Tragically, one of the officers succumbed to their injuries, though further details and official confirmations remain pending.
