The estate’s name, "Claremont," meaning "clear mountain view," encapsulated its stunning setting amidst the Rocky Mountains, with panoramic vistas of Pike’s Peak and the surrounding wilderness. Its gardens, meticulously designed, featured fountains, lush lawns, and floral arrangements that complemented its harmonious architecture, emphasizing blending grandeur with nature.
