Part 5/12:
A core reason for the NFL’s decline is the weakening of its quarterback talent pool. Compared to 2015, when numerous quarterbacks averaged over 270 passing yards per game, today’s top quarterbacks barely reach that mark, with no one surpassing the 270-yard threshold. Historically, elite quarterbacks could throw for over 4,000 yards comfortably, but now that benchmark is rarely achieved. The league is missing its star signal-callers—many of whom are mediocre at best—further diminishing the quality of the product.
