Part 2/11:
The story begins in 1838 with John Kimberly, born in Troy, New York, who later moved with his family to Wisconsin. His early years in the frontier town of Nina and his education at Lawrence University nurtured his entrepreneurial spirit. In 1872, leveraging this drive, John co-founded a small paper mill with three partners, each investing $7,500. This modest beginning laid the foundation for what would become the Kimberly-Clark Corporation.
