The End of an Era: The Kimberlys' Later Years
John Kimberly remained active in managing Kimberly-Clark until 1928, retiring at age 89. He passed away in his Redlands estate that same year, marking the end of a remarkable life dedicated to industry and innovation. His wife, Helen, outlived him by a few years, passing away in 1931 at the age of 87.
