The main house was crafted in the French Renaissance style, meticulously finished with gray stonework. Nearly 200 artisans—many imported from Europe—worked tirelessly on lavish details such as ornate wood carvings, intricate sculptures, and marble accents. When completed around 1912, Indian Oaks emerged as a 70-room palace, brimming with fine art, elaborate decorations, and a sophisticated ambiance.
