Part 4/9:
The estate’s original design showcased Spanish Revival architecture, characterized by intricate tile work, arched passageways, and rich woodwork. Upon arrival, visitors would walk through a corridor leading to a grand hall with exposed wood beams, Spanish tile flooring, and a luminous courtyard opening to the backyard with vaulted ceilings and picturesque arches. The mansion also included a library enveloped in dark wood paneling, a vaulted ballroom with hand-painted ceilings, and a formal dining area adorned with decorative columns and colorful tile.
