He also called for better messaging around the necessity of enforcing immigration laws to garner public support and counter the narrative of cruelty or xenophobia. He insisted that coherent communication is essential—highlighting that lawful enforcement could ultimately lead to a more manageable immigration system through voluntary compliance.
