According to reports, YouTube has accused Disney of proposing costly economic terms that would lead to higher subscription prices and fewer choices for consumers. Disney, on its part, claims that Google (YouTube's parent company) is exploiting its dominant position at the expense of viewers. Disney warns that ABC and ESPN—two of its flagship channels—could be removed from YouTube TV, impacting access to major sports leagues such as the NFL, NBA, and NHL, along with numerous other programs.
