A stroll down the famed Las Vegas Strip today reveals a stark contrast to the vibrant scenes of yesteryear. The dazzling lights and iconic fountains still dazzle, but the crowds have noticeably dwindled. Empty tables and quieter streets suggest that the city’s heartbeat has slowed considerably. For decades, Vegas sold a simple dream: anyone could be somebody for a night. That dream, it seems, is cracking under the weight of economic shifts and changing consumer priorities.
