Manipulating gravitational effects, or more precisely, leveraging the absence or reduction of gravity, could unlock transformative manufacturing capabilities.
However, the challenge remains that any manufacturing process that requires gravity is susceptible to disruption or enhancement by the space environment. Thus, understanding and controlling gravitational influences—either neutralizing or exploiting them—is essential for the successful commercialization of microgravity manufacturing.
