Ancient spiritual texts and traditions have long spoken of a universal consciousness—what they called God, the Word, Yahweh, or the Kingdom of Heaven within. These teachings describe a fundamental creative intelligence from which all existence springs, a boundless awareness that we can tap into.
Modern science is now corroborating these ancient insights. When the Bible states, "In the beginning was the Word," it can be interpreted as acknowledging consciousness as the fundamental creative principle. Likewise, Jesus' teaching that "the kingdom of heaven is within you" points to an innate connection each person has with this infinite field.
