3. Agree to Disagree
People come from many disciplines—philosophy, neuroscience, machine learning—and have different levels of expertise. It’s important to accept that not everyone will see eye to eye. When disagreements arise, the goal is to share ideas, understand different viewpoints, and move on.
4. Respect Beliefs and Evidence
Share your beliefs and the evidence supporting them, but also respect others’ perspectives. The aim is learning and collaboration, not converting others or proving someone wrong.
