An initial discussion involving 11 engaged participants explored the core problems related to governance—ranging from the decision-making process itself to organizational structure and funding. Topics such as whether to have a benevolent dictator model or a more distributed governance have been examined, highlighting the complex trade-offs involved.
The team discusses the necessary infrastructure—such as communication platforms (like GitHub, Discord, Slack, Matrix)—and tools for asynchronous debate and decision-making (like Kealo and Lumio). The overarching goal is to create a flexible, transparent pipeline that encourages healthy debate, idea intake, and continuous improvement.
