To better understand Heidi’s experiences, her family enlisted Dr. William R., a PhD in parapsychology. In a segment of Unsolved Mysteries, Dr. R. examined Heidi in her home, where the spiritual activity centered. Through photograph lineups, Heidi successfully identified images of the spirits she described, including Lon Gordy, whom she recognized without hesitation. Dr. R found these identifications convincing, arguing that they indicated authentic paranormal contact rather than coincidence or fabrication.
