Part 2/11:
The episode opens with a flashback scene featuring Corey, a notorious chaos agent, basking in the upheaval at UBN. The show's reliance on voice-over monologues—particularly Greta Lee Stella’s character—accelerates the sense of sloppy storytelling. When writers resort to characters explaining their internal thoughts through voice-overs, it often signals flawed dialogue or weak visual storytelling. This episode does little to improve that perception. Greta Lee’s character, now head of news, cynically dismisses legacy media as a tool of white supremacy, a clumsy line delivered with a tone that struggles to convince.
