What’s needed now is a transformation of societal roles from workers and employees to pioneers—creative, visionary individuals who shape the future rather than just execute predefined tasks. These pioneers would:
Envision new industries and realities.
Develop innovations that leverage AI to create new demand.
Drive economic growth in ways unimagined before.
This shift demands new education systems, new societal norms, and a radical rethinking of economic policy.
