Deregulate and streamline permitting processes. Reducing bureaucratic delays is vital, but superficial measures won’t suffice.
Reconsider land use policies. Green belts, tree-hugging restrictions, and building codes must be balanced against practical development needs.
Create genuine incentives—not just window dressing. Financially attractive deals, reduced fees, and visible city investment in safety and infrastructure will be more effective.
