Part 2/10:
Julie Michaela Winters, also known by the alias "Chris," was caught on video attempting to light an incendiary device near a federal ICE building. Federal officers observed Winters reaching into a backpack and brandishing a large, carved knife approximately one foot in length. The situation escalated rapidly when Winters threw the weapon at an officer’s head, narrowly missing. He then fled the scene but was quickly pursued and subdued with a taser after resisting arrest.
