Law enforcement personnel are often ill-equipped with the necessary language skills or intelligence tools to identify these threats early.
Furthermore, existing databases have been compromised or contain outdated information. Many suspected terrorists are registered under fake identities, resulting in systemic gaps for intelligence and deportation efforts. The prospect of comprehensive vetting is hampered by limited resources, and the sheer scale of lawful and unlawful crossings makes detailed tracking infeasible.
