In the United States, CJNG has created extensive trafficking networks centered around key hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Texas, and Arizona. These corridors facilitate the trafficking of fentanyl, methamphetamine, human trafficking, and even crude oil theft.
Their influence extends to Canada, where they have operations related to synthetic drugs and cocaine logistics, as well as in Europe—particularly in Spain, Belgium, and the Netherlands—regarding synthetic drug production and trafficking. In Asia, CJNG operatives are active in Hong Kong and mainland China, mainly managing precursor chemicals for drug manufacturing.
