The Chinese Communist Party (CCP), Mexican drug cartels, and other foreign actors see Canada as a strategic entry point to expand their influence and operations across North America and beyond. The CCP, in particular, has established a home base in Canadian cities, taking advantage of a large largely honest diaspora population that is infiltrated by Chinese spies and gangsters.
