The Dangers of Lacking Humility
The true flaw that can undermine a leader's effectiveness is a lack of humility. When leaders are arrogant or unable to listen to others, several detrimental behaviors emerge:
They impose their plans without regard for input or feedback.
They dismiss advice or criticism, leading to stagnation and poor decision-making.
They become inflexible, unable to adapt to new information or changing circumstances.
