Some intelligence indicates collaborations with foreign actors like the Chinese government, which control mines in countries such as Ecuador and Colombia, amplifying their capacity for weapons and resource acquisition.
The potential exists for TDA operatives with military training to be embedded within the U.S., capable of executing targeted attacks or creating localized chaos. While full-scale warfare akin to Mexican cartel battles is unlikely in the U.S. urban settings, the risk of organized strikes or terror acts remains serious.
