This week’s Australian property market showcases a bustling auction scene, with a total of 1,617 properties scheduled for auction nationwide. Leading the charge are New South Wales and Victoria, with 598 and 586 auctions respectively. Sydney alone accounts for about 520 of these listings, highlighting its continuing popularity among buyers.

Queensland follows with 96 auctions, predominantly in Brisbane, while South Australia hosts 101 listings, including 11 in Western Australia—nine of those in Perth. Tasmania has a modest presence with just two auctions, and the Australian Capital Territory (ACT) rounds out the list with 52 properties set for auction.
