One compelling idea is for the Group of Five schools to establish their own postseason tournament. This would mirror the structure in men's basketball, where the NIT exists alongside the NCAA Tournament. Such a tournament could feature the best teams from conferences like Conference USA, the American, the Sun Belt, and others, competing for their own national championship.
