Amidst struggles with its flagship franchises, Marvel and Lucasfilm, Disney is reportedly pressing Hollywood creators to develop original IPs aimed specifically at revitalizing the younger male demographic, particularly those aged 13 to 28. This demographic is characterized as lonely, gaming-obsessed, and, notably, heavily impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic’s formative years.
