An observer likened it to a “Cracker Barrel logo,” implying it looks unprofessional and hastily assembled. The simplistic flag icon attached to the logo—an attempt at national branding—only adds to the confusion. For $20 million, one would expect a professional, cohesive visual identity; instead, MS Now's logo looks like a design afterthought, further damaging the network’s credibility.
