Dinosaur Tropes and Action Sequences
The film is packed with dinosaurs, more than perhaps necessary, with the familiar T-rex still holding the title of the franchise's centerpiece. However, the movie continues the trend of introducing increasingly larger or more "bigger and badder" dinosaurs to upend the T-rex's dominance. The latest example is a dinosaur called the "Gigantocosaurus" (name approximated), which is essentially a larger, spikier T-rex. Yet, despite this escalation, the T-rex ultimately remains the hero who triumphs in the end.
