It registered the lowest audience ratings in Star Wars history, with dwindling viewership numbers signaling a decisive rejection from the core audience.
Leslie Hedgin, one of the show's creators, publicly begged fans for more—claiming there were plans and ideas for a second season. However, she readily admitted that nothing had been officially greenlit. And given the overwhelming negative reception, it’s highly unlikely Disney would proceed with renewal, especially as most fans have expressed their desire for the series to remain a one-off failure rather than a continuing saga.
