In his post, Trump stated, "Any document signed by sleepy Joe Biden with the autopen... is hereby terminated and of no further force or effect." He emphasized that the autopen should not be used unless explicitly authorized by the President and reiterated that Biden was not involved in the autopen process. Trump threatened potential legal action by saying, "If Biden claims he was involved, he will be brought up on charges of perjury."
