Japan’s increased infrastructural aid, military cooperation, and technological support could bolster India’s position in Arunachal Pradesh.
With Japan contributing to India’s development projects—especially in India’s northeastern region—this alliance serves as both a strategic deterrent against Chinese expansion and a means to improve regional connectivity. Joint efforts could help India better defend its claims and improve infrastructure along the border, making it harder for China to encroach unchallenged.
