Video game companies, in particular, have stepped up their Pride Month efforts. For example, 343 Industries, the studio behind the Halo franchise, has a history of celebrating Pride Month in their titles. As recently as two years ago, they incorporated queer customization options in Halo Infinite’s multiplayer mode, giving players a way to mark the occasion. This year, they continued the trend by offering free in-game cosmetics for Pride Month, including armor, nameplates, and emblems aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion.
