Sources, notably industry insider Jeff Snyder, have revealed that Echo faced severe production difficulties. The show was reportedly so problematic that nearly the entire series had to be reshot. Originally conceived as an eight-episode series, Marvel was considering cutting it down to four or six episodes before deciding to overhaul the entire project. This level of behind-the-scenes chaos is a clear sign of how troubled the series truly was.
