The much-anticipated The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power has become a spectacle of disappointment for many fans of Tolkien’s beloved universe. From the outset, it was clear that Amazon had no intention of faithfully adhering to the source material. Instead, they opted to create their own version of Middle-earth, intended to cater to modern sensibilities. Unfortunately, this decision has resulted in a production riddled with incompetence, cringe-worthy dialogue, poor storytelling, and a variety of baffling creative choices, leading viewers to mock the show relentlessly after just five episodes.
