The overarching issue seems to be Marvel's overdependence on digital effects to compensate for other production shortcomings. With demanding deadlines and a heavily blue/green-screen-centric production process, the team constantly struggles to keep CGI up to the expected standards. The rushed nature of post-production, coupled with financial and scheduling pressures, results in effects that are often visibly flawed or outright embarrassing.
