Acquiring WBR's assets would give a buyer access to major studios such as NetherRealm (Mortal Kombat), Rocksteady (Batman Arkham series), TT Games (Lego Harry Potter, Lego Star Wars), and Warner Brothers Montreal (the studio behind other AAA titles). Alongside the studios, a significant treasure trove of intellectual properties (IPs) would be on offer: Mortal Kombat, Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, and Batman, among others.
