Part 2/10:

Originally poised to release new theatrical films, Lucasfilm's schedule reset with all movies pushed back by a year. This has resulted in an increased reliance on Disney+ shows to keep the franchise relevant and engaging. Titles such as The Mandalorian, The Book of Boba Fett, Ahsoka, and upcoming series like Andor and the yet-to-be-confirmed Lando spin-off are now at the forefront of Star Wars storytelling.

Fans now have a growing lineup of content, including the recently launched The Bad Batch, which adds to the options available. Despite these offerings, there's evident concern over the quality and originality of the stories being told — or rather, the lack thereof, as Lucasfilm appears to be leaning heavily on nostalgia and familiar faces.
