Part 2/10:
Joss Whedon was brought on to helm the reshoots and completion of Zack Snyder’s Justice League. Snyder had to step away due to a family tragedy, leaving Warner Brothers in a difficult position. Whedon, known for his successes with Marvel’s Avengers, was tasked with finishing Snyder’s vision. However, only about 20% of Snyder’s original footage was incorporated into the theatrical release, which was widely panned and regarded as a significantly different and weaker film.
The public reactions to Whedon’s version have included disappointment and frustration, but Fisher’s recent statements go far beyond mere critiques of creative choices—they allege serious misconduct behind the scenes.
