Part 5/8:

Another study conducted in southern Spain involved 456 men recently diagnosed with prostate cancer and 427 men without it. Researchers gathered retrospective data on ejaculation frequency during their 20s, 30s, 40s, and the year prior to the study. The findings showed a clear association: men who ejaculated less frequently (0-3 times per month) had significantly higher risks than those with more frequent ejaculation habits.

  • Men who ejaculated more than four times per month had a 64% lower risk of prostate cancer.

  • Those with zero to three ejaculations per month had a 138% increased risk.

  • Men who never ejaculated faced the highest risk, with an increase of 271%.
