Part 8/12:

One of the most jarring differences lies in their visual presentation. In the game, Craven’s design is brutal and iconic. His muscular build, animal pelts, and trophies visually communicate his dominance and obsession with survival. His physicality suggests a man who can take on the fiercest prey and survive brutal hunts, embodying primal power.

In stark contrast, the movie’s Craven appears as a bland, poorly designed figure. His costume and physical form lack the brutality and strength that should define a legendary hunter. His pelts are unimpressive, and his physique is underwhelming, making him appear more as a costume than a creature of the wild. This diminishes his threat level enormously—he seems incapable of handling the fiercest threats, including Spider-Man.
