Perhaps most egregiously, the show contains scenes that are both unnecessary and contradictory. For example, a moment where May is unconscious on a planet, and then inexplicably gets dressed and transported back to a spaceship, defies basic logic and realism. The timeline and character actions are so tangled that they seem devised without regard for narrative flow.
Another baffling element is the show's twin swap premise. May is pretending to be OSHA, but anyone familiar with twins would immediately recognize the deception. The portrayal of Soul, ostensibly a Jedi master, as so oblivious that he can't tell the difference between twins further exemplifies lazy writing. These choices not only stretch plausibility but also diminish the show's credibility.
